If you would like to share these samples, please direct people to our website for their own free sample. We want everyone who reads our stories to have the same great interaction you had, and we can only do that by controlling the distribution.
Shipping
All letters are shipped USPS first class mail from the Portland, OR USA metro area. Shipping times can be calculated based on that. First letters generally ship within 48 hrs, with the rest of your letters being sent about every two weeks thereafter.
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns, refunds, redirects, or credits letters, unless we are able to process your request before the letters go to the print team. This is because all letters are printed, prepared, and stamped when you order, as well as being completely customised. We simply have no way to re-use the letters.
Lost Letters
Unfortunately, the post office does sometimes lose mail, and letters have no warranty from USPS. If your next letter is more than a week late, send us an email and we will send you a digital copy free of charge.
Privacy:
We do use a basic analytics program to track visitors, otherwise, we do not collect any data you do not intentionally provide through a contact form. We do not personally share any data with outside parties. However, third party links you click on through this site may serve content and advertisements, collect information directly from visitors, and place or recognize cookies on visitors’ browsers – please refer to third party websites you visit to see their privacy terms.
Emails:
We will never spam you and will always try not to send you too many emails. When you sign up for a free sample, you may receive a couple additional emails as part of that series. When you sign up for them, you may also receive other emails about LXT as a whole. If you ever want us to stop, all you need to do is unsubscribe, but you will automatically be added again anytime you try out another new story. We will never sell or give away your email address to anyone else, but we may send you a very occasional email about other products or services we think you might be interested in, mainly other things we create.
Cookies:
Shopping carts need cookies to work, and the basic analytics program adds a cookie to track repeat visitors, but we don’t use anything else and we don’t share any of what we do have to collect.
